The App by J.P. Sayle
My rating: 1 of 5 stars
Maybe I should have read the description before I started to read the book. But to be fair I was intrigued by the daddy and the age gab, so I thought the book was for me, turned out I was wrong.
The layout for the story is actually ok. The archenemies becoming lovers, that could work, however its a bit thin in the description when you read the book.. You only get that Luke was rude to Scott when he was at the restaurant where Scott works. The story, or the sex, takes place in an elevator and that’s kind of it, there is a bit more story before, but sorry not much.
I like a story with development, where you get the full story and not just bits and pieces thrown in randomly when it fits. The lace thing is not really my kind of thing, but I won’t fault the author for that – thats on me. More story and less sex would have made the book a thousand times better. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not opposed to sex in my romances, but when it takes over the story I kind of get bored (no matter how hot it is).
One star only from me, some might like it better than I do, great for them. I’ll be sure to read the description next time.
